No, that was the USER trying in vain for a long time to access HIS/HER OWN account, despite remembering the password, solving lots of CAPTCHA challenges, and supplying a landline number.

All I wanted to do was log in to prevent them deleting my own files, for the high 'crime' of not logging in for more than 2 years already.
