The People Who Try to Deplatform Techrights Are Simply Not Sane

They do not obey laws, either

OUR digital 'typewriter' will be very busy in the coming months. We have so much to show and so little time.

Today we focus on one particular online thug, who is openly harassing Dr. Stallman (who has cancer) and compares Prof. Moglen to a wife murderer (in a proprietary platform of Microsoft; O' the irony!). This thug admits having applied for a job at Microsoft. Stay classy!

As we shall show some time in the more distant future (maybe next year), this person harasses the webhost with false reports and threats/blackmail, which are basically not acceptable conduct. The laws do not seem to exist in this person's mind (what's left of that mind after years of heavy drug abuse - something to which this person openly confessed).

In 2018 this person sent me the following message:

Hey Roy, Its Ender2070; I'm transgender lol but i hope we can still be friends. It took me a while to undo a bunch of brainwashing that was pro capitalist pro microsoft blah blah blah; Anyways I'm... see more

This was totally unexpected.

If what this person said online was not a prank or a joke (we have no reason to suspect so), then this happened around the time there were child support or custody battles, as well as some kind of strange divorce and an effort to unlawfully flout financial obligations to the partner (wife) and maybe 2 former partners, with whom there were young children.

I don't need to justify my ethics and morals to this misogynist, who abused my wife and committed racist hate crimes against her. The police is still on the case and we might take legal action, but what's the point suing an autistic and fiscally broke person (with a broken mind, ruined by all the drugs)? The court would see no point. It's like kicking a person while s/he's down.

To add some older context, the person had been this crazy for over a decade, spouting out craky nonsense about eating bugs, Neanderthals still living under the ground (not kidding!), and some humans being "reptiles", then harassing various people online by making crazy assertions about them and their family (this thug did this to Tim of TechBytes to the point where he eventually banned him from IRC over a decade ago).

To be clear, we don't tolerate illegal speech; harassing people and family members is not something we can tolerate and free speech does not protect oneself from legal action when illegal things are done, never mind that Canada lacks something like a First Amendment. Our IRC Policy is about 14 years old, predating all this Code fo Conduct nonsense and focusing on real safety of real people, not some corporations or some feelings.

We have a lot more evidence that we're keeping concealed for now, mostly for strategic reasons. There aren't just overlaps but also collaborations that can be nicely linked to Microsoft (through at least 3 people). One might say the culprit here is insanity (there are too many bugs, some may be climbed up to the brain), but what about corporations weaponising (commandeering) mentally-ill people to target "Enemies" and "Critics"? Same could be said for pretty much any proponent of deplatforming, argues one reader of ours.

It's a good that we've gathered plenty of 'smoking gun'-type evidence because since then the account has been deleted, but hate crimes spouted out in that account were preserved by us. One can delete one's own account, but of course one cannot prevent people taking screenshots of things spouted out when it was still online. Making death threats/wishes/assertions against people only worsens matters, as it opens a new can of worms bugs. "AcidBurn" is no 'joke' to a woman who works at the garden (while the home address gets pasted into IRC).
