THE other week the Local Staff Committee The Hague (LSCTH) shared this recent presentation that it had given at the General Assembly of the understaffed EPO.
For those who don't know or haven't followed the EPO saga, Benoît Battistelli crushed not only EPO staff's rights; he also crushed them financially - a legacy that continues to expand under the reign of António Campinos.

So they're sending this to a labour tribunal (ILOAT), but that's a long process that can take a lot of time, sometimes years. Meanwhile the EPO continues abusing its staff and pressing examiners to grant European software patents - a worrisome trend because a UPC pusher, JUVE, says that many UPC cases involve software patents.
Today's EPO is intentionally attacking software developers. It does this for profit and in clear violation of its charter. █
