Coffee Replacements
I really like the Inka drink. The only bad thing about it is price: it costs about 1.5 times more than the cheap instant coffee I usually go for, but every cup needs 2 teaspoons and not one, making it expensive. The non-organic variant is a little bit cheaper but the ingredients list is different, so I assume it also tastes differently. It tastes like very "weak" instant coffee, has some roasted aroma (which I like) and works well with soy milk. Sometimes it doesn't melt 100% even when water is boiling hot, but if I use boiling water and stir before I add the milk it's fine. I really enjoy this drink, especially in cold days.

A new world
Hello! I'm one of the many new users who have found their way here through their own means. Mine was simply by pure chance on Marginalia (Good for finding these small nice communities).
My name is Sakura, a transfem with far too much free time. I'll probably use this site for random rants, life updates and maybe a couple worldbuilding writings that I think could be fun to share!

freshly baked release of the smallest flatfile CMS
if you compare the previous and the first (on the website) versions, you will see a large number of changes,
such as: improved admin panel (editing text has become easier, there are more options, and saving has become more convenient, now the file address will be entered automatically)
simplified layout of HTML templates (now you don’t need to rename and paste the code inside, just create a text file in the directory includes and write it in the template in the place where it should be displayed like this [[filename.txt]] and this will be enough to create a widget, footer, or additional menu (for example with links).

Formatting strings with separators in BQN
Wouldn't it help to know what problem the above piece of code is trying to solve before going further?

Introducing Matograine's gwit site (properly)
In my last post I introduced the (probably) second gwit site ever, by Matograine. The mention was however buried at the end of the quite long post, which was a little unfair given the importance of the event for the gwit project.

Removing radio ads
I hate ads, but my girlfriend likes to listen to the radio in the morning... I don't get it, ads are very frequent and the ratio of good/useful "information" is very low...

Being seen on the internet
Late last December, I signed up for Instagram again.
I used to use Instagram a lot as a teenager. I always knew how bad it was for me, but it was addictive. You'd open it and all of a sudden it's three hours later and you have no idea where the day went. It's an unhealthy coping mechanism, and it took me a really long time to eschew it. But eventually, I did, and I never went back. At least, until fairly recently.
I wanted to write an article about it. My working title was "I want what Instagram used to be." I'd use Instagram for a month to get a feel for how it's changed over the years. I still want to write that article and I don't want this one to transmute into it as I'm writing, so I'll leave it at that. The point is, my plan was to use Instagram for a month for "research purposes," and then I'd uninstall it.
