How Windows "Share Share" on the Desktop (and Laptop) Decreased in 14 Years
YESTERDAY we wrote about northern American countries, showing that GNU/Linux had grown to about 10% there.
What about northern Europe? Here is Sweden:

It is similar in Russia, but we covered that already. These numbers are by no means "absolute truth" and they may not be accurate, but the trends here matter. They show how the importance of Windows waned; adding Android or mobile in general to the mix, Windows hasn't even got 50% of the market.
The media is mostly ignoring this; it does at at its own peril. █
